Delivery Information

Our delivery rates are based upon the items you order within the our website and where you are located in the country – this will be calculated for you at the checkout.

Delivery cost is apply to single transaction only, another additional delivery cost is required for multiple orders.

"Free Delivery on purchase over $59 NZD" is apply to single transaction only. Free delivery can not apply to additional orders. 

All orders under $59 will cost $5.45 nationwide.(Exclude Rural address) An extra $4.50 applies to all rural deliveries.

All items are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving your payment. We use PostHaste Courier Or CourierPost for New Zealand deliveries and these will usually be delivered within 1-3 working days depending on your location.

Your order can be tracked to your door, please contact us if your order has not been received within 5 working days.

Delivery to PO Boxes

Currently, we only delivery small parcels to PO Boxes.  Please ensure you enter a physical address for delivery big items.

International Delivery Rates

We're based in New Zealand but we can deliver all round the world. Please contact us via petmallnz@gmail.com to place an international order and we can let you know the price of freight on the order.

 

Return Policy

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from petmall.co.nz. We understand that there may be times when you will need to return a product that you have purchased from us, and we aim to make this process as easy and hassle free as possible! 

 

You are entitled to a refund, replacement or credit from petmall.co.nz. You can choose to either exchange the product or get your money refunded or as store credit. Our policy allows returns for up to 14 days from the purchase date.

 

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, flavour or colour etc then you will need to organise and pay for the shipping costs associated with the return. We will cover the return shipping costs of any product we have sent out in error or was faulty.

 

To return an item, it must be in unused condition and not expired, and in the original packaging with tags still attached. If it fails to meet these conditions then we will not process a refund or credit.

 

We cannot refund bags of food or treats that have been opened, unless it falls under the palatability guarantee.

 

 All prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) inclusive of GST.
